MY VISION
 We each possess within us the wisdom required to live with purpose and meaning. In a culture that encourages us to mistrust that knowing and seek answers from outside ourselves, it is crucial to hear our own truth and the call of the deeper Spirit that moves through us. This stopping and listening is a radical act, especially if followed by courageous action.
Our world also calls upon us to shut ourselves off from nature’s cycles and our own natural rhythms. This takes a toll on our bodies and psyches, deadening us to our full aliveness. We sometimes feel confused and purposeless. Our relationship with our first home, the natural world, becomes one of misuse instead of deep knowing and appreciation.
I believe this disconnection from the wildness within and the wildness without stands at the root of the imbalances we see in ourselves. Haven Found exists to encourage the regeneration of this relationship with the original and untamed. I provide a vessel for people to do the deep work of finding their purpose in a world that cries out for their gifts. My passion is to create space for the rediscovery of the joy of feeling at home in the wilds.
To this end I offer a variety of programs with therapeutic, ritual, and recreational features. These include vision quests as well as spiritual retreats and purely recreational adventures for adults, youth, and families. I also offer professional apprenticeships and ceremonial rites of passage. I am empowered to officiate at weddings and other sacred events.
